  1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by HSS Fabric.

  • Payment can be made via secure online payment gateways (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors in pricing or stock unavailability.

  1. Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver products across India via trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery time is 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

  • Any delay due to courier issues or force majeure is not HSS Fabric’s responsibility.

  1. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong products delivered, and must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging for return approval.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection, within 7–10 business days.

  1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, no cancellation will be accepted.

  1. Intellectual Property

  • All content on www.hssfabric.com including text, images, logos, and designs is the property of HSS Fabric and protected under copyright laws.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

  1. User Conduct

  • You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its functioning.
